Privacy policy

Protecting your data

Azzurra Ceramica is committed to protecting the privacy of its retail partners. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and who we share it with.

Data we collect

We only collect the information strictly necessary to operate the partner portal: main contact name and details, business email address, company information (legal name, business number, address), order history, onboarding documents (certificate of incorporation, tax certificates, etc.) and technical authentication data.

Use of data

Your personal and business data is used exclusively to: create and maintain your partner account, process your orders, issue related invoices, manage shipments, keep you informed of the status of your requests and improve your experience on the portal. It is never sold or used for advertising purposes.

Sharing with third parties

Some data is transmitted to third-party providers solely as part of service delivery: QuickBooks Online (Intuit) for invoicing and accounting sync, Machool for shipping label creation, Firebase Authentication (Google) for authentication, Resend for transactional emails, Cloudflare R2 for secure document storage. None of these providers is allowed to use your data for any purpose other than those set out in our contract with them.

Data retention

Your account data is kept for as long as the commercial relationship with Azzurra Ceramica is active. Upon account closure, personal data is anonymized or deleted within 90 days, subject to legal retention obligations (in particular accounting and tax records, up to 7 years).

Cookies and trackers

The portal only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for service operation: session cookies to keep you signed in and technical preferences. No advertising or behavioral tracking cookies are placed.

Security

Data is stored securely on infrastructure that meets industry standards. Authentication is managed via Firebase Authentication with TLS 1.3 encryption, multi-factor authentication support and continuous monitoring of suspicious sign-ins.

Your rights

In accordance with applicable laws (notably Quebec's Law 25 and Canada's PIPEDA), you can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@azzurraceramica.ca.

For any question regarding the privacy of your data or to exercise your rights, contact our data protection officer at info@azzurraceramica.ca.
