These terms of use govern your access to the Azzurra Ceramica partner portal and all related services. By creating an account or using the portal, you accept these terms in full.

Acceptance of terms

Access to the partner portal is conditional on full acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept any of them, you must stop using the portal immediately. Azzurra Ceramica reserves the right to refuse access to any user who does not comply with these terms.

Partner account

The portal is reserved for professional retailers approved by Azzurra Ceramica. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity performed from your account. Any fraudulent or unauthorized use must be reported to our team immediately.

Use of the portal

You agree to use the portal only for legitimate commercial purposes, in compliance with applicable laws. Strictly prohibited: unauthorized resale of data or content, any attempt to access third-party accounts, use of the portal for illegal purposes and the introduction of any malicious or disruptive code.

Intellectual property

All text, images, logos, product visuals, technical documents and any other content published on the portal remain the exclusive property of Azzurra Ceramica. A limited, non-exclusive license is granted to you to view, download and use this content solely for your commercial activity related to Azzurra.

Orders and payments

Orders placed on the portal are subject to our partner commercial terms. Prices displayed reflect your pricing tier and may be updated at any time. Payments are managed through our integrated invoicing system and follow the contractually defined payment terms.

Service availability

Azzurra Ceramica strives to maintain continuous portal availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or any reason beyond our control. No compensation can be claimed in case of an interruption.

Limitation of liability

Azzurra Ceramica cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits resulting from the use of the portal. In any event, Azzurra's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the partner during the preceding twelve months.

Suspension and termination

Azzurra Ceramica reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the portal, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, abusive behaviour or the end of the commercial relationship. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force is always the one published on this portal. Any significant change will be notified to partners by email.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Quebec and Canadian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
